Create a manual order

Overview

• eShip makes it easy to add manual orders into your order queue, which is useful for retailers that operate across multiple channels.

Create a manual order

1. In eShip, navigate to Orders.
2. Click Create Order on the top right of the dashboard.
3. Enter the contact and address details.
   For international orders, ensure the country has been set correctly.
4. Click Next.
5. Add new items, and edit item details as required.
6. Edit your packaging type.
7. Select your courier service.
8. Choose your delivery options. 
9. Click Save Order or Print Labels.
