Once imported, the system will show you how many orders it has brought over. The imported orders are now visible in the New tab in the Orders page.

Import weights

eShip can import the combined weight of all the items in an order from any integration that allows for the assigning of weights to products. To set this up:

  1. In eShip, navigate to Settings > Packaging.
  2. In the dropdown menu, choose how package weights and dimensions should be calculated.

When importing weights, eShip will apply a total weight to the order. This total weight is the combined weight of all the items in the order. This feature requires an eCommerce platform that allows for item weights to be added to the system.
