Rules based on order value

Overview

• You can create rules in eShip based on the value of an order.
• For example, if you want a signature to be collected on delivery if the value of the items in the order is greater than 100 dollars, you can set up a rule to automatically enable Signature Required.

Set up rule

1. In eShip, navigate to Settings > Rules.
2. Select Add a new rule.
3. Under Condition(s) select Order Value.
4. Enter the operator you want to use and the order value.
5. Under Action select the action relevant to you. e.g. Set Signature Required: True.
6. Click Save.
