Rules based on weight

Overview

• The weight is imported from your eCommerce platform and eShip calculates the total weight of the cart by making the sum of all the imported weights.
• When you import, eShip can trigger an action according to this weight.
• For example: You may want to use a different carrier product if the weight is below 25kg.

Set up rule

1. In eShip, navigate to Settings > Rules > Add a new rule.
   
2. Under Condition(s), select Order Weight in the dropdown list.
3. Enter the operator you want to use and the order weight value.
   
4. Select an action, e.g. Set Courier & Product Code.
5. Set the parameters of that action, e.g. Courier and Product code.
   
6. Click Save.
