Error: Orders are not importing into eShip from CartonCloud

Please check that you do not have any rules blocking orders from being pushed into eShip by CartonCloud. To do this:

  1. In eShip, navigate to Settings > Rules.
  2. Check your rule settings. If everything looks correct, please contact CartonCloud support.
