Return options
Create a return shipping label
eShip offers two options for creating return labels:
Outbound label
You can create a return label using any outbound shipping label. In the order details page, under Options, check the Create Return box. Upon print, two labels will be generated: one for the outbound shipment and one for the return. You can choose to include the return label with the outbound shipment. Alternatively, you can download the labels as a PDF or email them.
Return label only
In the orders matrix, click the dropdown arrow on the Create Order button and click Return to create a new return shipment.
The return label will automatically use your nominated pickup address as the return address. To can edit your pickup address by navigating to Settings > Pickup Address.
Default return services
NZ Post offers both Overnight & Economy returns. To configure this:
- Navigate to Settings > Couriers > NZ Post Domestic Settings.
- In the Advanced tab, scroll down to the Default return service section and set the default return service.
- Click Save.
Book a pickup for returns
