Overview

  • Use eShip's notifications and branded tracking pages to keep your customers up to date on the status of their deliveries. 

How it works

Use eShip's email and SMS editor to create branded emails and SMS messages in line with your company's brand and communication style. 

eShip's branded tracking page will direct your customers to your website, not NZ Post's, so they can see the status of their delivery and create return labels (if you choose to enable this option). 

You can opt-in or out to notify your customers via email or SMS alerts at seven different stages of the delivery process: 

  • Printed
  • Manifested
  • Picked-up
  • In transit
  • Out for delivery
  • Delivered
  • Pickup In Store
